Jonny has over 19 years’ experience in the property industry, working across London and building extensive knowledge of the capital’s diverse property market.
Over the years, he has valued and sold everything from large detached houses and cosy cottages to new-build apartments, converted warehouse lofts and ex-local authority properties. His experience also extends to more specialist properties, including schools and places of worship.
His heart is in North London after growing up there and spending most of his life and career in Barnet, Islington and Haringey.
He is passionate about properties and has a rare desire to help his clients on a personal level, ensuring them that he succeeds in assisting them with their property related needs from moving to a new area, selling a portfolio, investing in buy to let properties or making that initial leap onto the ever-changing property ladder.
The experience in covering and living is so many parts of London, North and South also gives him a unique ability to advise his clients on a level that is unheard of with regular estate agents. Ultimately the £ signs are not what motivate him, he is far more interested in providing a genuine, helpful and memorable service which is why he has so many returning clients and awards.
