Property Management Pricing

• LET ONLY SERVICE: 8% of the rent plus VAT (current rate of VAT is 20%)
• LET & FULLY MANAGED SERVICE: 10% of the rent plus VAT (current rate of VAT is 20%)
• LEASE SERVICE: 0% fees.

The above fees are variable subject to 20% VAT and the final fee will be inclusive of VAT.

Deposit registration & protection: £0

Inventory fees – We can charge on above management services if requires to Landlords.

Section 21 notice: £0

Additional Inspections: £50
